Work completed without approval?
Many owners and tenants have modifications that were not approved. We assess the existing works and, where permitted by the relevant authority, guide them through regularization so the property is properly documented.

Dubai Municipality
Building and modification permits across much of Dubai mainland.
DDADubai Development Authority
Projects within free zones and communities under DDA jurisdiction.
PCFCTrakhees
Projects in areas under Trakhees jurisdiction, such as Jebel Ali.
DCDDubai Civil Defence
Fire and life safety requirements associated with the works.
Other authorities may include DEWA, RTA, Dubai South and others. Developer NOCs are separate from government approvals. Eligibility is assessed for each project, and AECONIM CONTRACTING does not guarantee approvals.
